Amaretto French 75 cocktail

This is an easy cocktail to make, and it has a beautiful look when served in a stemmed glass. Its main flavors are gin, lemon juice, Champagne and Amaretto liqueur.

Start out by carving your lemon peel garnish. I used an X-acto knife to get a flower shape.

Add lemon juice, gin and Amaretto liqueur to a cocktail shaker.

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Top with sparkling wine, and clip on the carved lemon peel garnish to the rim of the glass if you're using it.

Prep Time: 5 Min

Equipment you'll need:

- Serving glass - Cocktail shaker & strainer(s) - Jigger or small measuring cup - Ice for shaking - Knife and cutting board for citrus - Clip for garnish (optional)
