Gin Gin Mule, a refreshing gin and ginger drink

This cocktail is easy to make at home with gin,  lime juice, ginger syrup or ginger beer, and fresh mint

To start, add fresh lime juice to your cocktail shaker. 

Add in fresh mint leaves along with ginger syrup and gin. (If you're using ginger beer, add it at the end.)

Shake with ice and then strain it into your cocktail serving glass.

Top with seltzer (or add the ginger beer here if you're using it) and add a piece of candied ginger and a mint sprig as a garnish.

Equipment you'll need:

- Serving glass - Cocktail shaker & strainer(s) - Jigger or small measuring cup - Ice for shaking - Knife and cutting board for citrus

- 2 oz gin - 1 oz lime juice (preferably freshly squeezed) - 1 oz ginger syrup - 5 to 8 fresh mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish - 3 ounces seltzer - piece of candied ginger for garnish
