Rhubarb & Gin Cocktail

This cocktail looks fancy, but it's easy to make once you have all of the ingredients together!

Start out by adding all of the ingredients except  the seltzer to your cocktail shaker.

Shake with ice, then strain into your cocktail glass.

Top with seltzer.

Garnish with a curly strip of rhubarb peel, and serve.

Equipment you'll need:

- Cocktail shaker & strainer - JIgger - Knife, cutting board & juicer for citrus - Vegetable peeler & cocktail pick for garnish - Large coupe cocktail glass

– Fresh rhubarb for garnish - 1 ounce lemon juice  – ¾ ounce rhubarb syrup – ¼ ounce Limoncello – 1½ ounce gin – 2 dashes Cardamom bitters – 2 ounces ginger seltzer – 1 spray rose geranium hydrosol (optional)
