Sherry & Rum Cocktail

How to make a

A refreshing cocktail featuring Amontillado Sherry (a dry fortified wine with warm caramel flavors) and dark rum

Fresh lemon juice is best! Juice a lemon and pour the juice into your cocktail shaker.

Add in the Amontillado Sherry, the dark rum, some apricot liqueur and simple syrup

And then add some Peychaud's bitters

Shake everything up & strain into your cocktail glass

Garnish with a sliced lemon wheel, and enjoy!

– 1 ounce Amontillado Sherry – ¾ ounces dark rum – ½ ounce apricot liqueur – ¾ ounces lemon juice – ½ ounce simple syrup – 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
