Midori Sour (3 ingredient version)

This is an updated version of the Midori Sour of the 80's! It's delicious and easy to make, using only three ingredients.

To start, make your lime peel garnish by peeling a long strip in a spiral around your lime, then cleaning up the edges with a knife and finally twisting it all the way around a bar spoon.

Set the garnish aside and add lime juice, egg whites and Midori liqueur to a cocktail shaker.

Add ice to your shaker and shake it up for about 30 seconds.

Strain out the ice and either shake up the cocktail again without ice, or use a milk frother to foam it up for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer into the cocktail glass.

Clip the lime spiral on to the side of the glass and serve.
