Ingredients
Red Sugar Rim

red sugar

tablespoon
cranberry juice
(or use water or liqueur)
Cocktail

ounce
cranberry juice
(chilled)

ounces
Prosecco
(chilled)
½
ounce
Blue Curaçao
(chilled if possible)
Instructions
Add the red sugar to a small dish, and add the 2 tablespoon cranberry juice to another dish.
Wet the rim of the cocktail glass in the juice, and then dip it into the sugar so that the sugar sticks to the rim.
Measure and pour the 1 ounce of cranberry juice into the glass.
Add in the Prosecco.
Add in the Blue Curacao liqueur.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can use pomegranate juice instead of cranberry juice if you want a sweeter cocktail.
Tip: be sure to add in the liqueur last so it won't settle on the bottom of the glass.
