Frozen Strawberry Vodka Campari Cocktail
A deliciously refreshing mix of fresh strawberries, Campari amaro, lemon vodka, limoncello and basil.

Ingredients

teaspoon
sugar
- or 1 tablespoon allulose sweetener
1
fresh strawberry

oz
Campari
- increase to ¾ oz for a stronger Campari flavor

lemon vodka

homemade basil infusion

limoncello
Instructions
Add the sugar, strawberry and Campari to a blender and pulse until smooth.
Set the strawberry mixture aside to let the flavors meld, anywhere from 5-20 minutes.
Add the vodka, basil infusion and limoncello to the blender with the strawberry mixture.
Add about a cup of ice and pulse until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a coupe glass and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
