Instructions
Garnish (optional)
Add the purple sugar to a small shallow dish.
Wet the rim of your serving glass, either by dipping it in water or using half of a cut lime.
Dip the rim of the glass into the purple sugar. Pick up the glass, turn it and re-dip until the whole rim is coated.
Set the glass aside while you make the drink.
Cocktail
Add the vodka, Midori, lime juice, simple syrup, and edible glitter to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice, seal it up and shake vigorously, about 15-20 times.
Strain the drink into your prepared cocktail glass.
Top it off with seltzer, and serve. Cheers!
