Instructions
Add the rum, Licor 43, apple cider concentrate and cherry bitters to your cocktail serving glass.
Using a long cinnamon stick or a spoon, give everything a mix. Add the star anise.
Pour the hot water into the glass and stir everything together.
Serve immediately.

Notes
You can use spiced apple cider in place of the concentrate. Just heat it up instead of the water.
If you don't have cherry bitters, you can use a different flavor of bitters like orange or Angostura.
