This easy Italian 75 cocktail is a delicious mix of gin, limoncello and Prosecco. Inspired by a French 75, it is a simple but elegant celebration cocktail.

Ingredients

fresh lemon

limoncello

gin

Prosecco
(chilled)
Instructions
Garnish
Use a vegetable peeler to peel a large piece of lemon rind.
Cut the sides of the rind off with a paring knife to have clean sides, and add a slit in the middle for attaching it to the rim of the serving glass.
Cocktail
Add the limoncello and gin to a heavy bottomed mixing glass.
Fill the glass with ice and stir it for 30 seconds.
Strain the mixture into the serving flute.
Open the bottle of Prosecco and pour it directly into the serving flute.
Add the lemon peel garnish to the rim of the glass, and serve.
