(optional - to cut a piece out of the peanut butter cup garnish)

Instructions
If you're using the peanut butter cup garnish, cut a wedge out of it so you can add it to the rim of the glass.
Next, add the peanut butter whiskey, chocolate vodka, creme de cacao and heavy cream to the cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice, and shake it up well.
(Optional) Drizzle chocolate syrup into the inside of your serving glass.
Strain the drink into the serving glass. Add the peanut butter cup, and serve!
