Pink Whitney Lemonade Martini
This Pink Whitney Lemonade Martini is a refreshingly sweet and tart combination of bright flavors. This easy-to-make Pink Whitney drink will quickly become a favorite with its delicious mix of pink lemonade vodka, fresh lemon, and Limoncello.

Equipment
- Citrus channel knife (optional - for lemon peel garnish)
- Knife and cutting board (optional - for fresh lemon and/or garnish)
- Vegetable peeler (optional - for lemon peel garnish)
- Bar spoon (optional - for lemon peel garnish)
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces Lemon juice
- 1 ounce Simple syrup
- ½ ounce Limoncello
- 1 ½ ounces New Amsterdam Pink Whitney (Pink Lemonade flavored vodka)

Garnish
- Use a channel knife to make a long strip of lemon peel, or use a vegetable peeler and clean up the edges with a knife.
- Wrap the lemon peel around the handle of a bar spoon into a spiral. (You can also use a straw or chopstick if you don't have a bar spoon.)
- Set the peel aside to set in a spiral while you make the cocktail.
Cocktail
- Add the lemon juice, simple syrup, Limoncello and Pink Whitney to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well, about 15-20 times.
- Strain the drink into your serving glass. You can use a regular cocktail strainer, or use it together with a second fine mesh strainer if you want to make sure to get out all of the lemon pulp.
- Add the lemon peel garnish to the rim of the glass, and serve!
