Ingredients
fresh cranberries
(for garnish)
fresh rosemary sprig
(for garnish)

ounce
orange liqueur
(Cointreau, Triple Sec or Orange Curaçao)
2½
ounces
cranberry juice
(100% juice if possible)
3
ounces
sparkling wine
(Champagne or Prosecco)
Instructions
Prepare your cranberry and rosemary garnishes by washing them, and set aside.

Measure and pour the orange liqueur into your cocktail glass.
½ ounce orange liqueur
Measure and pour the cranberry juice into the glass.
2½ ounces cranberry juice
Top with Champagne or sparkling wine.
3 ounces sparkling wine
Add the cranberries and rosemary, and serve immediately.
