Cut the fresh lime in half and rub the cut side all along the rim of your serving glass.
Add coarse salt to a small plate and dip the wet rim of the glass into the salt so that it sticks. Dip and turn the glass if not all parts of the rim got salted.

Cut a wedge of the lime and take a large sage leaf. Twist the leaf so that it makes a rosette and use a cocktail pick to pin it together with the lime wedge. Set aside the glass and garnish.

Add the tequila, Orange Curaçao, sage syrup and lime juice to your cocktail shaker.
1½ ounces Reposado Tequila, ½ ounce Orange Curaçao, ¾ ounce Sage Syrup, 1 ounce fresh lime juice
Add ice to the shaker, and ice to the serving glass as well. Shake well, about 15-20 good shakes.
Strain the drink into the serving glass.
Add the garnish to the rim of the glass and serve.
