⅛large seedless watermelon(enough to make ~2 cups of watermelon cubes)
Instructions
Using a knife and cutting board, cut up your watermelon into cubes around ½ inch on each side. (The smaller the cube, the more you will be able to fit in the blender.)
When you have around 2 cups of cubes ready, add them to your blender or food processor.
Blend the watermelon chunks until they are completely smooth. Note that you may need to shake the container (if using a personal blender) or stir them to get them all to blend.
Set up a strainer over top of a large measuring cup. Carefully pour the watermelon puree through the strainer.
If you have a lot left in the strainer, stir it up so that all of the juice can drain into the measuring cup.
Pour the strained juice into your storage bottle or container. You can use the juice right away, or store in the fridge for about a week.
