Grapefruit Peach Vodka Cocktail

This delicious Grapefruit Peach Vodka cocktail uses Ketel One Peach and Orange Blossom vodka, along with fresh pink grapefruit, for a refreshing summery sip.

Equipment

Cocktail shaker and strainer
Jigger or measuring cup
Cocktail serving glass
Knife and cutting board (if using fresh grapefruit)
Fine mesh strainer (if using fresh grapefruit)
Citrus juicer or reamer (if using fresh grapefruit)

Ingredients

Cocktail

1½ ounces Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom Vodka (or other peach vodka)
½ ounce Lychee liqueur
½ ounce pink grapefruit juice (preferably fresh, but bottled works well too)
1 ounce grapefruit soda

Garnish (optional)

¼ slice fresh grapefruit (you could also use a fresh peach if you have one)

Instructions

Prepare your fresh grapefruit garnish and set it aside while you make the drink (optional).
Add the vodka, liqueur, and grapefruit juice to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice, and shake well, about 15-20 times.
Add fresh ice to your serving glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.
Top off the drink with the grapefruit soda.
Add your garnish to the rim of the glass, and serve. Cheers!

Notes

You could use plain simple syrup, or a different liqueur like Chambord, if you don't have lychee liqueur.
To adjust the sweetness of the drink, you can add more or less of the liqueur.
